Earlier today, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) unveiled the Rapture GT-AX6000. It is a stylish, high-performance Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) gaming router. With ASUS RangeBoost Plus for greater range, it claims wireless data rates of up to 6000 Mbps. It is powered by the latest Broadcom Wi-Fi 6 chipsets and a quad-core 2.0 GHz 64-bit Broadcom CPU.
The ASUS Aura RGB lighting effects make the GT-AX6000 router stand out. Two 2.5 GBPS Ethernet ports are available on the GT-AX6000, and the router supports both WAN and LAN aggregation. It was built for high-speed throughput to give more devices more bandwidth.
It features dual 2.5G ports, so traffic on those ports receives priority over traffic on other ports, Ultrafast Wi-Fi 6, a dual-band router that enhances speed to 6000 Mbps with 160 MHz channels for increased efficiency and throughput, and configurable WAN/LAN network port configurations.
Extreme Quad-Core CPU Power, a powerful quad-core 64-bit CPU with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, powers the gadget and advances processing power. A unique feature of the ASUS RangeBoost Plus is Triple-Level Game Acceleration, which speeds up game traffic from the device to the game server. It also increases signal range and overall coverage.
